This holiday home is very suitable for group rental up to 8 to 11 people. Dogs are very welcome, the garden is screened and the edge of the water can also be screened if desired.

There is a spacious jetty of 20 meters with a bathing ladder, space for several boats and you can park four cars on site in front of the door. The house is heated by a HR combi boiler, a pellet stove in the living room. A stove in the garden room adds even more atmosphere to this already special holiday home.

The bedroom on the ground floor is accessible from the living room and has a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, washbasin and underfloor heating. From the hall you reach the utility room with a kitchen unit, washing machine and stairs to the first floor.

1st floor: spacious landing with built-in hobby cupboard, 4 spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.

You will find a dishwasher, a microwave, a wine fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle.
