In the middle of the Exloo forest, in a quiet park (which is home to Landal PUUR EXLOO (previously called De Hunzebergen) and villa park De Hondsrug, among others) you will find our luxurious, cozy and cozy bungalow in its own part of the park. Called "the Zuidhof".

The bungalow has, among other things: WIFI, SMART TV, CHROME CAST, WOOD STOVE, DISHWASHER and WASHING MACHINE , three bedrooms and a utility room ( which also has an extra refrigerator with freezer compartment ) and a compact bathroom with shower and toilet. The lighting in the living room/kitchen is dimmable.
(So cozy and atmospherically lit)
The house offers a lot of privacy and tranquility and is bordered by a large lawn (of which 630m2 is private land). The bungalow is on a lawn with 4 other similar bungalows. There is plenty of space for the children to play around the house. There is a trampoline behind the house. (3m diameter)
Extra service; When you arrive at the bungalow, the beds are already covered for you!!
(So you only need to bring your own hand and bath linen.
For the children there is a WII with many games!! / board games / DVDs .
So with bad weather there is also plenty of entertainment in the house.
(In the bungalow there is a folder with very extensive information with suggestions for all kinds of activities, walking routes and outings in the nearby area.)
The bedrooms are equipped with
good beds/mattresses and nicely decorated. 2 bedrooms have a (flat screen) television.
Behind the bungalow there is a shed for your bicycles and for storage. Behind the shed there is also plenty of firewood that you can use free of charge .
It is also possible to charge your electric bicycles outside at the charging point near and in the shed.
You have your own parking space near the bungalow.
The park offers fun mini golf, a playground, and dining out in the adjacent Fletcher hotel.
And a playing pond and a primeval playing field have recently been created.
Swimming is possible in the Leewal open-air swimming pool in Exloo. This is a few minutes by bike/car from the park. Or in the many swimming ponds/puddles in the area.
From the park, at the rear, you can walk straight into the forest. A walking and MTB route starts here. (Sabre-tooth Tiger Trail route is a very nice short route for the kids with play opportunities)
Exloo and the surrounding area has a lot to offer for young and old.
And many walking/cycling/MTB routes.
E-bikes are also available for rent at the hotel.

And don't forget to visit Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen.
