Our renovated and renovated bungalow is ready! The living room has been extended over the full width almost 3 meters towards the lake. A 2-person bedroom has been added downstairs so that there is room for 8 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. A new kitchen, new toilet, new bathroom on the ground floor and a completely new bathroom upstairs complete the detached bungalow.

De Vennen 133 therefore remains a wonderful detached Wellness bungalow with all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday such as a jacuzzi and a Finnish oven sauna. With its own pedal boat and 2 sups! From your own 5-person jacuzzi you look out over the water of the inland lake of Parc Emslandermeer. A wonderful place in summer and winter!
The patio doors invite you to the terrace of the spacious secluded garden that is located on the water. Or would you rather have breakfast on your own jetty? Moreover, there is plenty of room for a fishing rod! Children can walk straight into the water or play on the nearby beaches. The Finnish oven sauna at the bungalow is a wonderful place to end the day.

The living room features a 42 inch 3D LED Smart TV. Of course, the bungalow is equipped with free WIFI.

The open kitchen in the bungalow is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a Senseo, in addition to a regular coffee machine, a dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with separate freezer compartment.

The bathroom (ground floor) has a bath and a walk-in rain shower. The toilet has a separate access.
The new upstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and a washbasin.

In the storage room is a washer / dryer combination.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds.

Parc Emslandermeer is a bungalow park and is located in Westerwolde, Southeast Groningen, near Drenthe and Germany.
The park and its surroundings offer all the possibilities for an exceptionally pleasant holiday. Relax or exert yourself? Walking, cycling, and golf are among the possibilities. At restaurant Roegh there is a miniature golf course and a bouncy castle. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the golf course.
The park also includes an indoor heated swimming pool that guests can use for free .
The bungalow is pet and non-smoking.
The pedal boat is in the water from April 1 to November 1.

De Vennen 133 is still a trusted address for all of us to refuel, be sporty and enjoy friends and family.
About 15 years ago we discovered this house in a surprising region of an undiscovered part of the Netherlands. We have now renovated the wellness bungalow and completely renovated it with a 2nd bathroom and an extra bedroom downstairs. If we are not staying there ourselves, we would also like to give you the opportunity to get away from it all!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include the mandatory costs: final cleaning, green electricity contribution for the jacuzzi, inspection of the outdoor spa and contribution to the damage fund. Excl. the park charges € 3.75 p.p.p.n. (including tourist tax)

Parc Emslandermeer between sand and clay, wood and heath. One for many still unknown region that offer a surprising amount of natural beauty has forests, picturesque streams and channels. Ideal for hiking, biking and boating. Convince yourself and experience this piece of undiscovered Netherlands. Or take the car and visit one of the picturesque villages in Westerwolde and the Emsland region, where time seems to have stood still. You can drive 10 minutes to Bourtange. This fortress from the 80-year war was completely rebuilt in its original state. What also well worth a trip to Germany, with great cities like Oldenburg, Papenburg and Leer. The city of Groningen, Assen and Emmen with its special zoo are all within a 45 minute drive away. And what could be more fun than to return in the evening to your own wellness bungalow with surprising extras, including a jacuzzi, sauna and a drink on your private dock or watch a 3D movie from the home cinema.
