This Hoeve is a villa built in 1898, beautifully situated on a quiet road, on a large plot of almost 5000 m² with unobstructed views over the countryside.
The former coach house, attached to the villa, has been converted into an apartment for a maximum of 8 (adult) people. A cot and/or extra mattress can be added for a maximum of 2 children.
On the ground floor you will find a private entrance, living room and kitchen.
On the upper floor is a landing with corridor, two bathrooms, separate toilet and four bedrooms.
The spacious living room of 35 m² has underfloor heating, a sitting area with TV, DVD player and a large dining table with eight chairs.
The spacious kitchen of 25 m² is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, microwave/oven, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and kitchen table with four chairs.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet.
A third separate toilet is available.
The four bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds with single duvets.
A cot and/or extra mattress with bedding can be placed for a fee.
The coach house has (free) wireless internet.
Guests have their own terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Children can play in the large backyard, there are swings and a trampoline.
There is sufficient parking space.
Creative peace seekers are cordially invited to make their own visual art in this beautiful area.
Visual artist Anthon Meijssen has established his studio in the historic large room and suite of the villa.
You can also go there to make visual art.
A combination of a stay in our apartment with working under personal supervision in the studio is possible.
