Our renovated and renovated bungalow is ready! The living room has been extended over the full width almost 3 meters towards the lake. A 2-person bedroom has been added downstairs so that there is room for 8 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. A new kitchen, new toilet, new bathroom on the ground floor and a completely new bathroom upstairs complete the detached bungalow.
De Vennen 133 therefore remains a wonderful detached Wellness bungalow with all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday such as a jacuzzi and a Finnish oven sauna. With its own pedal boat and 2 sups! From your own 5-person jacuzzi you look out over the water of the inland lake of Parc Emslandermeer. A wonderful place in summer and winter!
The patio doors invite you to the terrace of the spacious secluded garden that is located on the water. Or would you rather have breakfast on your own jetty? Moreover, there is plenty of room for a fishing rod! Children can walk straight into the water or play on the nearby beaches. The Finnish oven sauna at the bungalow is a wonderful place to end the day.
The living room features a 42 inch 3D LED Smart TV. Of course, the bungalow is equipped with free WIFI.
The open kitchen in the bungalow is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a Senseo, in addition to a regular coffee machine, a dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with separate freezer compartment.
The bathroom (ground floor) has a bath and a walk-in rain shower. The toilet has a separate access.
The new upstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and a washbasin.
In the storage room is a washer / dryer combination.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds.
Parc Emslandermeer is a bungalow park and is located in Westerwolde, Southeast Groningen, near Drenthe and Germany.
The park and its surroundings offer all the possibilities for an exceptionally pleasant holiday. Relax or exert yourself? Walking, cycling, and golf are among the possibilities. At restaurant Roegh there is a miniature golf course and a bouncy castle. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the golf course.
The park also includes an indoor heated swimming pool that guests can use for free .
The bungalow is pet and non-smoking.
The pedal boat is in the water from April 1 to November 1.
