There is a private cardless charging station for your electric car at the house, type 2 max. 11 kW mode 3 (regulated charging), with its own kWh meter.
Description House Isis:
- The indoor swimming pool has been cleaned with the latest techniques and is checked by a recognized laboratory. The water is around 30 degrees on arrival, but can be heated to 32-34 degrees if desired at your expense.
- The living area has chairs and seating areas around the fireplace and there is a large kitchen .
- There is a large veranda on 2 sides of the house where you can relax.
- There are various seating areas, sunbeds, trampoline and fire pit around the country house
- House Iris is located next to a nature reserve with forest , heathland and fens.
- There is WiFi available , but if you do not want the radiation, it can also be turned off.
- House Iris was built in 2012, a stylish building with many wooden accents.
House Iris is for those who are looking for luxury in an environment with plenty of space, characteristic villages and beautiful nature and where the sound carries far due to the pleasant peace and quiet. This location is not suitable for noisy groups and parties. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.
Rooms:
In total there are 3 beautiful single and 7 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in Italian style.
(+ of which one single bedroom with an extra baby-toddler bed and one parent room with a toddler bed.). If you depart on a Sunday, you can stay until 2:00 PM (instead of 10:00 AM).
If you choose the basic rental, you rent for a maximum of 10 people, with 4 double + 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (or 5 double bedrooms if desired).
If you come with more than 10 guests, you can rent additional sleeping places for up to 17 people, 10 bedrooms.
You pay nothing for babies (up to 2 per booking) who sleep in a camping bed you bring with you. (please specify when booking).
Environment:
Iris house is located next to a nature reserve with forests, heathland and heathlands.
In the area there are many walking and cycling routes, swimming opportunities, blue lakes, water skiing, horse riding, cinema.
Sellingen is a picturesque village with activities. In summer there are many festivals and markets in Sellingen and other villages in the area
environment.
You can visit Bourtange, a fortified town with traditional houses and museums in their original state from the year 1642. In August you can attend the summer festival in Bourtange.
In the small town of Stadskanaal (about 20 km away), there is the museum railway line STAR. The museum railway line has been running since 1994 with a historic steam locomotive between Veendam and Musselkanaal.
Larger cities are in Groningen, Groningen city (60 km), Drenthe, the city of Emmen (30 km), Hoogeveen (65 km) and the city of Assen (45 km), but of course also in Germany. Oldenburg is 114km to the north.
City of Bremen is located 40 km to the east. The city of Osnabrück is located approximately 151km to the south. Small town Papenburg with shipbuilding is about 30 kilometers away and Cloppenburg 80km.
