This farmhouse is a villa built in 1898, beautifully situated on a quiet road, on a large plot of almost 5000 m² with unobstructed views over the countryside.
The former coach house, attached to the villa, has been converted into an apartment for up to 8 (adult) people. It is possible to add a cot and/or extra mattress for a maximum of 2 children.
On the ground floor you will find a private entrance, living room and kitchen.
On the upper floor is a landing with hallway, two bathrooms, separate toilet and four bedrooms. The bedrooms are not that big and have limited storage space.
The spacious living room has underfloor heating, sitting area with lounge sofa, digital TV with netflix, DVD player and a large dining table with eight chairs.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher and kitchen table with four chairs.
The two bathrooms are equipped with (rain) shower and toilet. A water softener has also been installed.
A third separate toilet is available.
The coach house is equipped with several smoke detectors, a fire alarm and carbon monoxide meter.
The four bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds with single duvets. The beds are made!
A cot and/or extra mattress with bed linen can be added for an additional fee.
The coach house has (free) wireless internet / fiber optics.
Guests have a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. In the large backyard children can play, there are swings and a trampoline.
There is ample parking space.
For an additional fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer.
Creative peace seekers are cordially invited to make their own visual art in this beautiful environment.
In the historic large room en suite of the villa, visual artist Anthon Meijssen has established his studio.
You can also go there to make visual art.
A combination of staying in our apartment with working in the studio under personal supervision is possible.
