The oval dining table made of mango wood. The cognac-colored dining chairs have wheels and can be pushed into the seating area.
The extended ground floor now has a spacious living room with patio doors.
The terrace has recently been enlarged and enriched with a luxurious garden set. A 2 meter long table with comfortable chairs to dine for a long time and enjoy the view over the lake.
Sheltered garden with jacuzzi and sauna.
The spacious living room is in an L-shape.
Young carp are released into the lake every year.
A fixed patio fireplace for the cooler evenings ........

There are 4 2p. rooms with box-spring beds. 2 rooms with 2 twin beds and 2 rooms with 2 beds next to each other.

2023 New kitchen! The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combination microwave and a Nespresso machine, in addition to a Senseo and coffee machine.
Each bedroom has 2 box-spring beds, 1 of which is visible in the photo.
2023 After the renovation, the living room is nice and spacious for 8 people.

We have placed the lounge set next to the house. The sauna and jacuzzi are so close to each other.
The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sink, bath and a walk-in shower.
2 person Finnish oven sauna with infrared heaters. this is in the room next to the house, near the jacuzzi and lounge sofas.
The new bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower.
The fortified town of Bourtange is 5 km away.
2 sups belong to the house and can go into the lake or into the canal that runs along the park.

The scaffold can be used on the water for a breakfast, a drink at sunset or to cast a fishing rod.

Parc Emslandermeer has its own 9-hole (par 64) all-weather golf course. Even without a golf course permission or anyone here all year round to enjoy, young or old, trained or untrained. The course offers enough variety, shorter and longer holes, between the woods and the surrounding fields.
Explore the inland lake with the pedal boat at the jetty.
