holiday house, Silvolde, Gelderland, Netherlands - Achterhoek cottage with sauna/hot tub 2
This is the rear of the house. A fantastic garden with several seating areas. We have screens and a large parasol.
The living room has a cozy look. The SmartTV offers options to log in to your own streaming services. We have a complete TV offer. There is also air conditioning.
The master bedroom. Wonderful beds. Peace. Sleep well.
The hot tub is preheated by us with fresh water. So on arrival... splash in, have a glass and the holiday can begin.
Look... the sauna. It is so nice that you can change in the vestibule and put on your swimwear.
This is the entrance to the house. You will be surprised by the surprising layout of the garden with various seating areas.
The bedrooms are on this side. Upstairs and downstairs (basement)
The living room has a nice wood stove. We provide sufficient wood. Atmospheric warmth.
Look at this floor.... Old Walloons from the Achterhoek streets. Really ridden. Formerly by horse and carriage, today by cars and now in use you. Very authentic with wonderful underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. We provide the dishwasher tablets and kitchen linen. Well actually everything is present in this kitchen. Free to use.
A flower is already waiting for you.
Enjoy a meal together or play a game.
The ascent to the top. On the left the master bedroom, on the right the full bathroom with toilet. The washing machine is downstairs.
Nice bedside table with power charging point.
This cabinet contains a mobile air conditioning unit. Open the door, turn around and power on.... falling asleep cool during sultry summer evenings
We provide plenty of fresh towels. This bathroom also has a nice underfloor heating.
The bathroom has a large mirror. In addition, the roller blind provides even more discretion.
This is also nice.... a nice walk-in shower. Stylish and very practical
cold, warm, warmer, warmest... you name it.
The whole house is spotless, we guarantee you that.
The smaller bedroom downstairs has a nice bunk bed.
And so the upstairs sleeper looks out. Lovely view over the garden
The larger bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. And ooooooh... it's so nice and cool in the summer here in the basement

Nice seat with sturdy table and benches. Oh, also enough power points and lights in the garden
Look... the sauna. It is so nice that you can change in the vestibule and put on your swimwear.
It is a Finnish sauna, but in terms of cosiness you could almost say an Achterhoek sauna.
Here you can sit super. Sssst... shut up... You don't hear anything at all. What an Achterhoek peace.
And here again the tough banks. The Achterhoek regular table.

Lovely sitting by the fire. More than 700m2 is yours
Nicely enclosed you sit here in the hot tub, staring at the Achterhoek stars.
So from the door onto the terrace. Bring your cup of coffee and relax. Oh yes .... wonderfully light room.
Walk past the house to the back garden. Place your bike in the shed and walk straight through the hot tub.
What a wonderful room. Nice and light and sunny. Too much sun? Lower the screens.
A kitchen with all the trimmings. Induction, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Because hey ... it's a vacation, right?
Nice to hear. Nice living room with a nice wood stove. Also nice that woodwork and those tiles. It is a wonderful place.
A flower is already waiting for you. Much more, but flowers anyway.
Just say it. Have breakfast at the table or go outside? There is the same green environment everywhere. Let's start with a Nespresso?
Enough space to end the day pleasantly. We provide a wood package so that you can light the stove.

This spacious backyard offers a lot of privacy. What a space. A green garden with enough shade, but also enough space to catch the sun.

Delicious under the marsh oaks. Add a cup of coffee and let the kids jump on the trampoline. How relaxed.
This upstairs bedroom has a lot of fun. Lights on. How atmospheric is this?
This is the upstairs bedroom. A fantastic place. Wake up in the morning, open the blackout curtains and look out over all the greenery from your bed. Who gets the coffee?
Nice is not it? Wake up, open curtains and you are, as it were, among the plants.
A fantastic room with underfloor heating. Wonderfully warm in winter. In the summer this is a nice cool room. And how funny ... you look into the garden like that.
Each bed has a nice reading light and the option to charge your phone.
A sturdy bunk bed with good mattresses offers space for 2 extra people.
A nice bathroom. Modern toilet. And you can use the washing machine. But think of your peace .... it is vacation!
This shower is great. Nice to set on temperature. A central exhaust system is present. Doors close and just enjoy.
Even an outlet has been thought of. Behind the mirror in the cupboard ... for your toothbrush, hair dryer or shaver. Just turn on the light and you look patent again.
Staring into the fire, a good glass in hand. Block of wood on it ... Isn't this enjoying? This is vacation. Who lights the fire?
You can walk into the 700 m2 garden in no time
This shed is a safe fortress for your bikes. We have even made a charging point for the electrical ones.
A sturdy table and nice benches. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee and gaze out over the garden (700 m2).
