Unique, between the vast forests of the beautiful Achterhoek and close to many cycling and walking routes through the Achterhoek, a very well-maintained holiday home! The house is located on a plot of approximately 3600 meters. The detached house has its own driveway and all on one level, contains 1 bedroom on the ground floor next to the living room and directly adjacent to the bathroom.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, 30 km from the German border, you will find a lot of peace and quiet (hardly any traffic)
In the countryside on a quiet paved road you will find real peace here between the woods. However, with five (car) minutes you are in the center of Ruurlo or in the lovely village of Zieuwent, the castle village of Vorden is also nearby. Several restaurants and other facilities are located a short distance away.

Entertainment is provided by three young and playful dwarf goats who perform many antics on more than 1000 m2 of grassland and on the climbing equipment.

in the winter months rental is also possible for 1-6 months depending on the occupancy rate. Please contact the owner for special prices for longer term rentals.

We are now 50+ and more than 30 years married. We have been raised in the Achterhoek and returned to this nice region after a stay of 14 Years abroad. We are very pleased with this Farm and enjoy the peace, space and views of this beautiful place every day no matter if it is Summer or Winter. The people in this region are very friendly and helpful. Ruurlo is also a very popular place to live because of nature and location.
