Villa Santorini, Costa Blanca

With a private swimming pool, two large and two smaller terraces, a sun terrace above, a shaded terrace below and with the most beautiful views, you can enjoy a holiday every day in Villa Santorini (La Nucia, Costa Blanca) without having to leave the house! But of course you can. Thanks to its strategic location, there are many options, from mountain walks, city trips to Valencia and Alicante to the dynamic nightlife of Benidorm. A private car is recommended. We do not accept youth groups under the age of 24 .

This holiday accommodation is suitable for 2 to 6 people. Expansion to 8 people is possible in consultation.

Accessibility
Villa Santorini distinguishes itself by making playful use of height differences. As a result, this accommodation is unfortunately less accessible for people with walking difficulties. The villa has two parking spaces.

Villa layout
The villa is a few steps down from the entrance gate. The front door is accessible via a 30m2 terrace that is accessible on both sides with external stairs to the ground floor.
The living room and modern and luxurious kitchen are adjacent to a 60m2 terrace that is accessible through a sliding door. The view from this terrace is breathtaking due to the sunrises and sunsets and the wide view of the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Altea and the mountains of the hinterland. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. From this large sun terrace, the private swimming pool is directly accessible via a staircase. All Dutch TV channels and WIFI are available.

The ground floor with three bedrooms is accessible both directly from the living room and from the outside via the terrace. The master bedroom (with air conditioning) has its own shower and toilet.

The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and bath. Hair dryer available. Here you will also find the washing machine.

The two other bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) on the ground floor are adjacent to the shaded terrace below, which has an outdoor shower (with hot water). Have you ever jumped into the shower with a view of the sea? Experience it and chances are you will never want anything else. The shower is also wonderful after a refreshing dip in the adjoining private pool. The swimming pool has two spacious sun terraces with sun beds.
Want to have lunch during the hot summer days, hanging around the pool? There is a large dining table on the adjoining shaded terrace, where you can sit for lunch, drinks or a BBQ.


Retreat for a siesta? Then there is also a simple but cool bedroom on the ground floor. The furnishings are simple. It is a typical Spanish 'cueva' that offers cooling and has a modest kitchen and bathroom (with toilet and shower).

Winter rental
The villa is also for rent during the winter months. Take into account lower temperatures and higher energy costs (gas and electricity). The house has central heating (works on gas bottles that must be changed regularly) and has a cozy wood stove in the living room. The air conditioning can easily heat the dining and living room. By default you get the 2 gas bottles that are connected included in the price. If these are empty, you must exchange them for full gas bottles at a Repsol gas station.

Location
To reach our idyllic villa, you drive from the village past a number of citrus and medlar plantations. Villa Santorini is located in the Tossal district, between the picturesque Altea (historic center absolutely a must!) and the higher mountain town of La Nucia.
La Nucia has a beautiful theater and you will find several supermarkets, restaurants, post office, gas station, pharmacies and an old village center.

Entertainment options
For peace seekers and nature lovers, this residence is the ideal base for beautiful mountain and beach walks. There are several parks about ten kilometers from the villa, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia.

Looking for more liveliness or a fun outing with the kids? Calpe and Benidorm are less than 10 km away with nice restaurants, terraces, a lovely sandy beach and a good nightlife.

Need some culture sniffing? Then take a day trip to Valencia or Alicante.

Would you rather be sporty for a day or the entire holiday? Then there are beautiful mountain bike trails and numerous water sports options.
