The back house of the farm, which used to be the stable, has been converted into an attractive apartment, and is very suitable for a (short) holiday in beautiful surroundings.

The apartment has its own parking space, private entrance, toilet, sitting area, dining area and a spacious kitchen.
On the 1st floor is a spacious bedroom with double bed, toilet, shower and sink.
If you want to stay with 3 or 4 people, there is a possibility to rent an extra bedroom. This bedroom also has a double bed with private shower, toilet and sink.

For nature lovers there is plenty to see in the area, the beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy cycling or walking.
Within walking distance (1.5 km) is the Needse Achterveld, the Vleer, the Gedenkbos and the Needse Berg with the Hollandsche windmill.

The Achterhoek has been declared the best cycling area in the Netherlands by the Fietsersbond. Beautiful junction routes lead you through the beautiful Achterhoek landscape full of nature, history and culture.

When we bought this farm in 2017, my, Angelien Hartgerink, came true. Nice outdoor living and the possibility for a holiday home and tea garden. The renovation is finished so we can start with the lease. We hope that everyone is just as enthusiastic as we are. The tea garden / resting point will be the next project.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is for the entire house with 1 luxury bedroom (2 persons) and bathroom.
**An extra bedroom (2 persons) including private bathroom can be booked for €60,= per night**

Prices include bed, bath and kitchen linen, tourist tax and final cleaning.
Includes a breakfast basket for the first morning.

Prices for 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms;
Per weekend: € 495.-
Per midweek: € 640.-
Per week: € 1085.-
