Enter The Villa, a spacious three-bedroom accommodation ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a holiday experience surrounded by nature. The master bedroom of The Villa is located in the attic and is complete with a luxurious bathroom with a double shower and a double jacuzzi. Together with a spacious double bed, this ensures a wonderful night's sleep.

In the basement there are two more spacious bedrooms, each designed for peace and privacy. These bedrooms are suitable for 2 and 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a gas stove for cozy evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, freezer and fridge. Cooking at The Villa is done on induction.

Outside, The Villa has a spacious terrace. The terrace is partly covered. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the pond (with campfire place) and the beautiful nature around the site.

We are a family with a busy life in the Randstad. We have been looking for our ideal holiday home for a long time. We didn't want a house on a typical holiday park, but rather a spacious house with lots of space around it, in a forest and with a recreational destination.
For us, this house was a hit in one go. When we drive up the dirt road into the forest, we are immediately on holiday. If we don't use it ourselves, we rent out the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price of the house is based on a maximum of 6 people. If you come with 7 or 8 people, additional costs will be charged. The extra costs are 15 Euro per person per night. In addition, the costs for tourist tax and bed linen will also be charged for these additional persons.

On the day of arrival, the house is available from 3:00 PM
On the day of departure, the house must be left sweepingly clean by 10:00 am at the latest

Would you like to book a stay of longer than 2 weeks or a different booking? Please contact us. You can also send us a message if you want to book for a period that is not yet available.

In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:
1. The contractor is entitled to cancel the agreement in writing.
2. In the event of cancellation, the contractor owes the Lessor the following compensation:
- in case of cancellation up to six weeks before the commencement date: 25% of the agreed price.
- in case of cancellation up to four weeks before the commencement date: 50% of the agreed price.
- in case of cancellation up to two weeks before the commencement date: 75% of the agreed price.
- in case of cancellation within two weeks before the commencement date: 90% of the agreed price.
- in case of cancellation or non-appearance on the day of arrival, the contractor owes the agreed price.
