Holiday home in Groesbeek

Between Groesbeek and Nijmegen is this fine holiday home with sunny garden in the middle of the forest. The house is located on the small-scale bungalow park. The house stands on a plot of 500m2 and offers the necessary privacy. In spring/autumn and summer, the sun shines in the garden from mid-morning to early evening. But there is always a place in the shade. Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

In the immediate vicinity you can walk and cycle endlessly through the woods, along the heath or over the hills of Groesbeek. Or enjoy the river landscape along the Maas or in the Ooypolder. You can swim in the Spiegelwaal, the Maas (near the Katerbosseweg) or the Mookerplas.

Or visit Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands. With plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. The Waalkade with its many terraces, restaurants and casino is also well worth a visit. Nijmegen is a vibrant student city!

On a beautiful paved cycle path along the old railway line Nijmegen - Kleve, you can cycle in half an hour to Kranenburg, just across the German border. A lunch or cake with coffee at Bäckerei Derks on the market is a favorite.
After another 10 kilometers of cycling along the same railway line, you will be in Kleve. A pleasant city with many shops, bakeries and restaurants. The Schwanenburg towers beautifully above the city.

Birds seen in our garden: Long-tailed, Common Buzzard, Wood Pigeon, Nuthatches, Hedge Sparrow, Bullfinch, Goldcrest, Thrush, Blackbird, Keep, Great Spotted Woodpecker, House Sparrow, Jay, Goshawk, Blue, Wren, Robin, Treecreeper, Chaffinch and Black-headed.

The wooden holiday home (60m2) is equipped with every comfort.
An excellent WIFI connection is included.
The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed (there is a third mattress on which a third child can sleep).
In the other bedroom there is a spacious double bed of 1.80m wide (2x90cm).
Bathroom with sink, shower and washer/dryer.
The kitchen has a Nespresso machine with separate milk frother. Furthermore, a dishwasher and oven/microwave.
Cot and high chair available on request.

From the spacious and bright living room with wood stove you have a beautiful view of the garden.
Furthermore, patio doors to a sunny terrace with garden furniture. 
In the garden there is a swing and a trampoline can be set up.

Access to the front door of the house via 4 steps. Access to terrace via step.
Parking on site (1 car).
