Located in Winterswijk, in the Gelderse Achterhoek. The nature house is a detached, Finnish wooden chalet and stands on a plot of over 800 m2. The nature house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
No pets for hygiene reasons.
The nature house is attractively furnished and equipped with radio, television and WiFi. The nature house has an open living room and an open kitchen, equipped with a spacious refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and coffee maker. The terrace is accessible from the patio doors. There is a six-person table with parasol on the terrace. There is central heating/underfloor heating. Water, energy costs and tourist tax are deducted from the deposit. Proceeds from the solar panels belong to the homeowner. All 3 bedrooms are available. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on the first floor, which keeps it cool on the first floor and the ground floor. The nature house is located in a small-scale holiday park, against the edge of a forest in the 't Bönnink nature reserve. Beautiful walks and bike rides in the countryside are possible. And the nature house is less than 500 meters from Lake Hilgelo. The Achterhoek has been declared the best cycling area in the Netherlands! The rural area of Winterswijk is one of the most valuable areas in the Netherlands and has the designation National Landscape Winterswijk. Winterswijk has, among other things, the Stone Quarry, vineyard, farm terraces, Mondriaan Museum, a theater, a fantastic shopping center with a large market twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). Restaurants and terraces are plentiful.
