The Veluwe Pond House - LAST MINUTE

LAST MINUTE: 21/05 to 24/05 and 27 to 30/05: €330!! 06/05 to 08/05: €250!! Be sure to contact us regarding our proposal for additional costs!! WEEKEND OF 2 NIGHTS IS POSSIBLE. Come and relax in our luxurious 8-person family and friends villa, idyllically situated in a prime location on a beautiful pond in a park in Beekbergen, in the middle of the Veluwe forests. Thanks to the terraces around the house, you can always enjoy the sun or the shade in any season. 2 high chairs and 2 cots, playpen (for indoors and outdoors), children's bathroom step, toilet reducer and cutlery are available free of charge. There is a stair gate on the landing so that they can stay upstairs safely.

The living room has a beautiful view of the pond and is tastefully decorated and equipped with a fireplace. You can purchase wood for this at the lobby. You are welcome to bring your own barbecue. The tall plants around the plot provide you with sufficient privacy. Peace and quiet is also guaranteed, because there is no through traffic at the house!

The spacious open kitchen also overlooks the pond and, compared to other houses in the park, is equipped with a large number of extras, such as a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, an egg boiler, a mixer, a separate oven and a microwave, a manual citrus press, and of course also the standard refrigerator + freezer and dishwasher.

There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and bench, and a separate toilet. On the top floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A mini first aid kit is a handy extra!

You can walk or cycle straight into the forest from the villa and the Loenense waterfalls, the largest in the Netherlands, are approximately 300 meters away. An old railway line passes 300m from the park, along which you regularly hear and see a tourist steam train passing by!! In the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings you can also enjoy cycling and walking among all the beautiful things the Veluwe has to offer: forests, heathlands, sand plains, picturesque villages and so much more! The well-maintained park has a free indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, a restaurant, a café, a park shop, a separately payable wellness center (sauna, sunbed, massage, fitness), laundry, playgrounds, a bouncy castle, a jeu de boules - and tennis court, table tennis, bicycle rental (always reserve the day in advance!), go-kart rental, sports fields and organizes activities for the children during the holidays. The park also has a charging station for electric cars.

A 3 km cycle ride through woods and fields in Loenen is the open-air swimming pool Molenallee, which has a deep pool with springboard, running mat, a shallow and toddler pool, a large slide, 5000 m2 sunbathing lawn, play equipment such as a bouncy castle, table tennis, basketball , beach football and volleyball, a sandbox and picnic tables.
For golf enthusiasts, the 'Golf and Business Club De Scherpenbergh' is 2 km away.

On the day of arrival you can enter the house from 4:00 PM and on the day of departure you must leave the house at 10:00 AM.
Upon arrival you will receive a practical starter pack with dishcloth, washing-up brush, mini bottle of washing-up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, pedal bin bag, rubbish bag and 1 toilet roll in both toilets.
If you wish, you can find the comfort of made beds, as well as bath and kitchen towels. That's nice and luxurious!

IF DEPARTURE ON SUNDAY, THE CHECK-OUT WILL BE EXTENDED FROM 10:00 AM to max. 8:00 PM, with a surcharge of 50 euros. THIS IS ALSO APPLIED ON EASTER DAY AND PENSTER DAY. DO NOT FORGET TO BOOK THIS via the additional cost "Short stay surcharge".
HOWEVER, ARRIVAL ON SUNDAY IS NOT POSSIBLE!!

The arrival and departure days are indicated in bold and underlined on the calendar for each period. You can contact us for any deviations from this.
Two more mattresses can easily be added on the top floor.
