Cancellation policy
- Up to 6 weeks before arrival: full refund minus € 50.00 administration fee.
- Between 6 and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent due.
- Within 2 weeks before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rent due.
- Cancellation by the landlord: if the landlord has to cancel due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the tenant will receive a full refund of the amounts already paid.

Holiday park De Bonte Vlucht is located in a beautiful, wooded area with many walking and cycling opportunities through the Crown Estate Het Loo. Enjoy the company of wild animals such as squirrels, roe deer and wild boar. The nearby area offers many great opportunities to explore, such as the brasserie and snack bar of Camping De Wildhoeve, open from April to the end of September. You can also enjoy a delicious meal at the Emsterie in Emst or a pizza from Livorno in Emst, which also delivers. Fresh trout is available at the Smallert nursery, and a visit to the impressive Cannenburgh Castle in Vaassen is definitely worth it.
The village centre of Emst is only 3 kilometres away and offers a supermarket and the Reformed Church. For water fun, head to the Recreatieplas Kievitsveld (about 41/2 kilometres), where you can swim and waterski, or to the Zanderplas near Nunspeet. On Tuesdays there is always a fishmonger at the Spar in Emst, where you can buy delicious fish. You will also find a post office and ATM facilities at the Spar. Bakery Hagen in Vaassen offers super tasty pastries and bread.
New modern Dekamarkt on the Torenplein in Vaassen with a nice lunchroom , very nice prices for breakfast, lunch or just a cup of coffee with something tasty.
