You enter our holiday home through a hall with doors to the toilet, to the bathroom with shower + bath and washing machine and to the rustically furnished
L-shaped living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances as well as glasses, dishes and cutlery. A staircase down leads to a spacious basement with storage for children's toys, among other things.

A staircase takes you to the two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm, without rear board), the other bedroom has two separate beds of 80 x 200 cm.
The sitting room has French doors to a very spacious and sunny terrace with lots of privacy. Furthermore, the spacious plot has a carport built in the same style as the house and a gazebo, in which an infrared lamp can provide heating if necessary. Heating of the house is provided by a comfortable underfloor heating system. A well-functioning fireplace can contribute to the cozy atmosphere in the house.

There are many seating areas around the house that offer a view of the beautifully landscaped heather garden and the beautiful Achterhoek bocage landscape.
On the property, 50 meters away, is the lake where you can swim and sail. Canoes and bicycle boats are freely available on the sunny beach. A beautiful walk through nature is possible around the lake.

The Saxon farm has a Smart TV with free use of Netflix and the possibility for (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Casting. There is also a mini HiFi system and a DVD player. Own WiFi with fast internet enables simultaneous use of the internet by several people.

Pets are welcome for a fee (maximum two and only on the ground floor). Smoking is not allowed in the house. For this you can go to the gazebo. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided and included in the rent.

A warm welcome and how nice that you want to choose our Saxon farmhouse. My name is Ursula and I live in Neede myself. For years I have taken care of the house with a lot of passion to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Explanation of prices

When making a booking, you are requested to make a deposit of Euro 250.00 by bank within 1 week. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer four weeks before the start of the rental period. You can cancel the agreement free of charge four weeks before the start of the rental period, after this no more. If desired, you must take care of a cancellation insurance yourself. Failure to pay on time may mean that the reservation will be cancelled.

Sometimes a weekend or midweek can be booked in consultation with the manager.
The price is then Euro 115.00 per night.

A special rate applies for a longer rental period during the winter months. Please discuss the possibility of this with the administrator.

Fireplace wood is available at the house. The wood can be used indefinitely and costs Euro 25.00 per week or Euro 5.00 per day. To be paid in cash at the end of the rental period to the manager.
