Saxon farmhouse

Our holiday home you enter into a hall with doors to the toilet, to the bathroom with shower + bath and washing machine and to the rustically furnished
L-shaped living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances as well as glasses, plates and cutlery. A staircase leads you down to a spacious basement which includes storage for children's toys.

A staircase leads up to the two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm, without backboard), the other bedroom has two separate beds of 80 x 200 cm.
The living room has French doors to a very spacious and sunny terrace with lots of privacy. Furthermore, on the spacious plot there is a carport built in the same style as the house and a gazebo, in which an infrared lamp can provide heating if necessary. Heating of the house is provided by comfortable underfloor heating, and air conditioners have been placed in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room. These can cool and also heat. A well-functioning fireplace can contribute to the cozy atmosphere in the house.

There are many seating areas around the house that offer a view of the beautifully landscaped heath garden and the beautiful Achterhoek scenic landscape.
On the site, 50 meters away, is the lake where you can swim and sail. Canoes and bicycle boats are freely available on the sunny beach. Around the lake is a beautiful walk through nature possible.

The Saxon farmhouse has a Smart TV with free use of Netflix and the possibility of G oogle Casting. There is also a mini HiFi system and a DVD player. Private Wi-Fi with fast internet makes it possible for several people to use the internet at the same time.

Pets are welcome for a fee (maximum two and only on the ground floor). Smoking is not allowed in the house. For this you can go to the gazebo. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided and included in the rental price.
