Our holiday home is entered in a hall with doors to the toilet, to the bathroom with shower + bath and washing machine and to the rustically furnished
L-shaped living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances as well as glasses, plates and cutlery. A staircase leads you down to a spacious basement with storage for children's toys.
A staircase leads upstairs to the two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm, without backboard), the other bedroom has two separate beds of 80 x 200 cm.
The living room has patio doors to a very spacious and sunny terrace with lots of privacy. Furthermore, on the spacious plot there is a carport built in the same style as the house and a gazebo, in which an infrared lamp can provide heating if necessary. Heating of the house is provided by a comfortable underfloor heating, and there are air conditioners installed in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room. These can cool and also heat. A well-functioning fireplace can contribute to the cozy atmosphere in the house.
There are many seating areas around the house that offer a view of the beautifully landscaped heath garden and the beautiful backdrop landscape.
On the property, 50 meters away, is the lake where you can swim and sail. Canoes and bicycle boats are freely available on the sunny beach. Around the lake, a beautiful walk through nature is possible.
The Saxon farmhouse has a Smart TV with free use of Netflix and the possibility of (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Casting. There is also a mini HiFi system and a DVD player. Private Wi-Fi with fast internet allows simultaneous use of the internet by several people.
Pets are welcome for a fee (maximum two and only on the ground floor). Smoking is not allowed in the house. For this you can go to the gazebo. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided and included in the rental price.
We would like to mention that the camping area is closed, and that houses will be built here in the future, but that is not yet an issue. The front area is now just empty, our house is on the outskirts, on a beautiful plot with a beautiful panoramic view.
