The holiday home is suitable for peace seekers, nature lovers, seniors, families with children and is located on a small-scale, quiet holiday park in Lievelde, in a wooded area.

The bedroom on the ground floor is wonderfully cool and also ideal for people who have difficulty walking.

In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a separate laundry facility on the upper floor.

It is wonderful to stay in the very spacious natural garden (1200m2). A place to completely unwind, in the middle of nature with many vistas, paths and its own herb garden.

From the veranda you can look straight into the forest. Enjoy all the birds and bird sounds and if you are lucky you will also spot a rabbit, squirrel or deer.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer drawers, combi oven/microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, mixer, grill/sandwich maker.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom on the ground floor is a nice cool space and is also ideal for people who have difficulty walking.

From the veranda you can enjoy a wide view.

Rear of the house. From the living room you can walk straight into the terrace on the garden.

In the garden there are several terraces with dining area, lounge set, sofa, sunbeds and various parasols.

There is private parking at the house (3 cars). And there is a shed where you can store your bikes and charge electric bikes.

In the garden there is a walnut tree and various hazel bushes. In autumn, you can regularly spot squirrels that are busy building up their winter supply.

For the children there is a nature box in the barn. With different assignments, discovering the area is even more fun.

The natural beauty of the Achterhoek has a lot of diversity and invites you to a relaxing day out or an adventurous voyage of discovery.

Lievelde is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Achterhoek. Surrounded by the green tranquility of vast forests and meadows and historic towns. Starting point for various cycling and walking routes.

Rain or shine, always fun! Megapret is an outdoor and indoor playground where there is plenty to do for young and old. There is an indoor playground of 1500 m2, and an outdoor playground with traffic square, water playground and an 18-hole adventure golf course of 20,000 m2.

The holiday home has a high chair, cot and stair gate.

In the adjacent forest area de Schans, there is a large fishing pond and there are various walking, cycling and mountain biking routes. Here you will also find the English Schans, a historic place. It played a major role in the Battle of Grolle in 1627.

In our house there is a map with many walking routes in the area.

Almost nowhere else in the Netherlands is the variety of the landscape so varied; Forests, meadows, flower verges, streams, hedges, farms and castles form a beautiful bocage landscape.

Enjoy one of the many regional products or a beer or wine brewed in the Achterhoek. The Achterhoek has a lot to offer. Both in Lichtenvoorde and Groenlo there is a cozy square on the market with restaurants and cafes and many terraces.

The Vragenderveen and Korenburgerveen and are part of a unique piece of raised bog with a rich flora and fauna is definitely worth a visit. There are various walking and cycling routes around the peat area and there is a watchtower where you have a beautiful view of the area.

Do you like peace and quiet, walking, cycling, photography, or horseback riding? In the Achterhoek you will find an enormous amount of special forests, fens, heaths and waters. There is plenty to discover. Put on your walking shoes and discover the nature reserves of the Achterhoek.

During a walk in the Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve, just across the German border near Groenlo, you can watch flamingos. A special bird area and definitely worth a visit.
