Villa Overstacking

Villa Overstag is a detached holiday home in the water sports village of Terherne and offers space for six people. The house is located in the De Herne villa park, which is directly connected to the waterway of the Sneekermeer. From this central location you can take beautiful boat trips throughout Friesland. The starting island of Sneek is only a 15-minute boat ride away! But there is also plenty to do in the area for hikers, cyclists and fisherman.

The village center of Terherne is around the corner. From the villa you can walk to the pleasant square in one minute, including a supermarket and an ice cream parlour. Terherne is the perfect base for many water sports enthusiasts, especially in the summer.

Villa Overstag has a spacious driveway with space for two cars. Upon entering you will find a large hall, utility room/storage room and toilet on the ground floor. There is also a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a combination oven/microwave. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There are two beds in each room. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a fixed cot. All windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets. The bathroom on the first floor has a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet.

From the living room you enter the covered terrace through a sliding door. The terrace is spacious and offers enough space for everyone to sit comfortably, even if it does not stay dry. The terrace borders the lawn, which is enclosed by a fence. You reach the waterfront via the lawn. Here you will find a jetty with swimming ladder. You can always moor at least one boat at the jetty. The water depth here is 2 to 3 meters and therefore sufficient for keelboats. You can swim in the water!

Villa Overstag has a washing machine, a high chair, a coffee maker (Nespresso), many books and games and a modern television with Netflix. There is also a television in one of the bedrooms.
