This valley spot offers a wonderful stay in the woods of Appelscha. The house borders directly on the forest and from the living room and terrace you can see the forest and hear the birds whistling. In the spacious garden of 1000 m3 you can enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. You can walk straight from your own garden through the gate into the Drents Friese Woud. The spacious garden is completely enclosed with a fence, so that the children cannot run away.
There are several terraces, so you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. There is a trampline, football goal, sandbox, swings, high chair, toys and games.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, combi oven, kettle and Nespresso). WiFi available. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and freezer.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
