The Young Jelle

The Koumelker and the Jonge Jelle are real Swedish log cabins of 45 m^2 in a beautiful spot on the water. A delight for water sports enthusiasts, anglers or peace seekers.  On the veranda you can always sit dry and sheltered and in the garden you can find both the sun and the shade. Enjoy long summer evenings here by the warmth of the fire bowl.  Boats can be moored directly in front of the house. The car can be parked at the house and bicycles can be parked under the canopy to charge if necessary. 

We have furnished the cottages simply but cosily for 4 people. Everything is on the ground floor with one bedroom with new hotel beds and one with a spacious box bed for two people.  The open kitchen is fully equipped, but unfortunately it did not fit a dishwasher. There are 3 types of coffee makers, fridge with freezer compartment and a gas hob.  In the utility room there is a washing machine, a combination microwave and a barbecue.  There is a Smart TV, cable channels and Wifi. The gardens are not fenced, because there are often 2 families renting the cottages in combination. Because the log cabins are equipped with underfloor heating, they can be rented all year round.

Fun fact: There is a sign on the cottage: UK 15 De Jonge Jelle.  This was the name of an old Urk fishing boat that has been moored in front of this house for a long time.
