The luxurious holiday home (semi-detached) is located on the Âld Heach Hiem Estate, on a private island / "It eilan" in the middle of De Alde Feanen National Park (UNESCO World Heritage) and on the water, near the Frisian water sports villages Grou and Akkrum. This place/holiday home can only be reached by boat. The 2 electric sloops (1 sloop is for 7 people) are therefore included in the rental price.
In this holiday home we have created 2 holiday homes for 7 people/4 bedrooms each. Both holiday homes are fully equipped and luxurious: induction hobs, semi-professional espresso machine with ground coffee, steel pans, luxury crockery and wine glasses (red and white), two refrigerators, ceramic BBQ (Takumi) and plate BBQ (Ofyr), soapstone stove, WiFi and TV. One accommodation overlooks the water (Janssloot) and the other accommodation has a view of the nature reserve (Alde Feanen). The homes are identical in content, only the view is different.
If you are an avid sailor, a polyvalk/sailboat with outboard motor can be optionally rented for EUR 350 per week.
