Tastefully decorated chalet (no. 146) from 2020 at five-star campsite De Kuilart in Koudum. The chalet is fully equipped with two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The park has numerous facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, water sports facilities, tennis and bowling alley, boat and bicycle rental.

PLEASE NOTE;
You pay € 7.50 per person per night at campsite De Kuilart. This is for tourist tax, Wifi and pool cards.
You must bring your own bed, bath and kitchen linen.

The space
You have access to an almost new chalet with a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The adjacent shed is only intended for the owner. The living room has TV via cable and has a cozy four-person sitting area. On cold days, the central heating ensures a pleasant climate.

The kitchen is fully equipped such as a coffee maker, kettle, oven, four-burner gas stove, hot and cold water and sandwich maker.

The dining area can accommodate four people.

The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and cupboards. The beds have mattress protectors. Duvets and pillows are provided, bring your own bed linen.

The terrace has a picnic table and a cozy corner with four garden chairs and parasol.

Marian and Koos live in Heerhugowaard, North Holland and both still working full-time. We have had a chalet in the Belgian Ardennes for three years and since March 2024 an as good as new chalet at De Kuilart campsite next to the cozy village of Koudum, located on the Fluessenmeer. The five-star campsite with its many facilities is located within cycling distance between the villages of Hindelopen, Stavoren, Balk and Woudsend.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 42nd and the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
