This nice comfortable chalet is located just outside the village of Dronryp, in the region "Hatzum" with the train station at a 150 m walk that connects you directly with the 3 "Eleven Cities" Leeuwarden, Franeker and Harlingen. The train stops here every half hour ... how easy is that ..

Our spacious yard provides plenty of privacy , tranquility and beautiful views over the green meadows ... with Leeuwarden and Franeker on the skyline ..

The layout: a cozy living room with a view over the terrace and the spacious garden. With a well-equipped kitchen, including built-in oven, grill and microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, etc.
(no dishwasher! but a washing-up brush ;-)
Bedroom 1: with a double bed 160-200 with its own shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: with two single beds of 70-195 cm. with a private shower and toilet. This chalet has the sun all day long, which you can enjoy on your terrace, with sun loungers and garden furniture.

For cyclists and hikers among you, there are various beautiful routes to discover Fryslân.
Restaurant "local on Hatsum" , is 150 m away where you can drink coffee, dine, lounge and enjoy the delicious local products !! Electric bicycles and / or electric scooters can also be rented there. All in all, a wonderful base to discover the Fryske lân ...

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

* In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

* In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

* In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

* In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

* In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
