BOPPE has a spacious roof terrace, which offers great views of the Marina and the Fluessen. The ideal place in all seasons for water sports enthusiasts, but also for peace seekers who love the better life. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Within walking distance you will find sloop and boat rental and catering. There are countless facilities within less than 20 km: from golf course & culture to the traditional Frisian Eleven Cities and cozy water sports villages such as Woudsend and Balk (6 km), Sloten (9 km), Heeg (15 km), Sneek (18 km) and Joure (24 km). A wonderful place to enjoy BOPPE and boats, but also to discover beautiful Fryslan!

I'm Marjet, and had this gem built in 2021 and decorated with lots of love and attention & custom interior. It has become a palace! I enjoy the tranquility of the small water sports park the most, the direct proximity of the Fluessen and numerous charming cozy Frisian villages and towns in the immediate vicinity. Renting a boat around the corner, the view of the water from the roof terrace, the beautiful sunsets, lighting a fire, eating on the terrace: Boppe is enjoying! Welcome!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
