Outside on the veranda you can sit on a sturdy wooden bench and beach chairs. Can you see yourself sitting on the water with a bottle of rosé and watching the sun go down in beautiful Sudwest Fryslan or enjoying the atmosphere in your own marina? Inside a lovely 3-person lounge sofa with ottoman, self-crocheted plaids, candle trays and a beautiful tree trunk bar table with stools. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, coffee corner with Nespresso machine and attractive cookware, crockery and glassware. The house has a renovated shower unit with shower cabin, toilet, washbasin and cabinet. The original 2 small bedrooms have been turned into a spacious, romantic and wonderful bedroom, with comfortable pocket spring/box spring mattresses, pillows and lovely natural cotton bedding. The attractive house is located in Elahuizen, on a small-scale park with its own marina and boat sloop rental/passer's harbor a short distance away. not 200 meters from the neighbors. Quietly located at the end of a dead-end street (hardly any passers-by). You can do your shopping in Balk, less than 4 km away, and beautiful Frisian 11 towns/villages such as Sloten, Woudsend and Sneek are nearby.
