Holiday villa on a Frisian lake

Spacious and comfortable holiday villas (225 m2) on the water, in the middle of the nature and water sports paradise of the Alde Feanen National Park. The house has a large garden with jetties, several terraces and a private beach. Private wellness facilities with a private sauna and a spacious 5 person hot tub with a view over the lake. An ideal holiday spot for one or more families or a group of friends.

The completely energy-neutral house is fully equipped: spacious rooms, good beds, modern kitchen, bathrooms and a sauna. The living room with beautiful wide views of the lake has patio doors to the terrace on the southwest and is very pleasant in both summer and winter (with wood stove and wall heating). Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor; either has a private bathroom. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub are on the first floor. In total there are eleven single beds, divided into bedrooms, some of which can be made into double beds. Electric sloops, canoes or sailboats can easily be rented.

The house is located in the middle of the De Alde Feanen National Park on the edge of the cozy water sports village of Earnewâld (Eernewoude). An ideal place for people who are looking for peace, space, water and nature. There are plenty of water sports opportunities in front of the door (open connection to the Frisian lakes) and you can walk and cycle from the house into nature via many beautiful routes. It is a very varied landscape consisting of lakes, reed beds, peat holes, swamp forests, quaking bogs and marsh marigold hay meadows.

From the house you can cycle to the village in five minutes with a supermarket, restaurants, the visitor center and two small museums: the Kokelhûs and the Skûtsjemuseum. With about a twenty-minute drive you are in the beautiful city of Leeuwarden, cultural capital of Europe 2018.
