Spacious and comfortable holiday home on the water, in the middle of the nature and water sports paradise National Park Alde Feanen. The house has a large garden with jetties, several terraces and a private beach. An ideal vacation spot for one or more families or a group of friends.
The fully energy-neutral house has recently been renovated and is fully equipped: spacious rooms, good beds, modern kitchen and a sauna. The living room with beautiful wide view of the lake has patio doors to the terrace on the southwest and is very pleasant in both summer and winter (with wood stove and wall heating). Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor; one of them has a private bathroom. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath are on the first floor. In total there are ten single beds, divided into bedrooms, all convertible into double beds. Electric sloops, canoes or sailing boats can be easily rented.
The house is located in the middle of the National Park De Alde Feanen on the edge of the pleasant water sports village of Earnewâld (Eernewoude). An ideal place for people who seek peace, space, water and nature. There are plenty of water sports options on the doorstep (open connection to the Frisian lakes) and you can walk and cycle into nature from the house via many beautiful routes. It is a very varied landscape consisting of lakes, reedlands, capholes, swamp forests, vibrating moors and buttercup hay meadows.
From the house you cycle in five minutes to the village with a supermarket, restaurants, the visitor center and two small museums: the Kokelhûs and the Skûtsjemuseum. With a twenty minute drive you are in the beautiful city of Leeuwarden, cultural capital of Europe 2018.
