This Villa is located on the Langesloot between Lemmer and Sloten. The location can certainly be called unique as it is located in the middle of the Frisian Farms. A holiday in the Villa really means getting away from it all! From your own Villa you can sail a different route every day with your own or rented sloop and discover all the Frisian Lakes. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts and fishermen.

The Villa is located on a spacious plot of 5000 m2 and is also completely fenced. So feel free to bring your dog, he can run free here. The children can run and romp here. There is a tennis court in the backyard that you can use free of charge. So time for a competition!

The center of Lemmer is of course very pleasant for the famous "Dok tour". This is the canal that runs straight through Lemmer and where all the nice shops, restaurants and terraces together create a pleasant atmosphere. So after a wonderful day of sailing on a sloop, get ready for a round of Dok.

If you would like to rent a sloop, this is possible without a boating license. They can be rented from 1 day. Ask us about the possibilities.

If you are in Friesland, you should really just get on that bike! Friesland is beautiful. From your Villa you can cycle the best routes to Balk, Harich, Oudemirdum or Sloten. Along the way, have a chat with the bridge keeper or enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at Restaurant de Mallemok in Sloten.

4) Cancellations.
4.1 We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
4.2 In case of cancellation, the costs are as follows;
in case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival 30% of the rent.
in case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before arrival 60% of the rent
in case of cancellation from the 28th day to the day of arrival 90% of the rent
in case of cancellation from the day of arrival 100% of the rent
4.3 Name changes, all other things being equal, are free of charge.
