Spacious detached house with large garden on the edge of the city in a quiet street near the highway, forest, nature park and recreational facilities.
Large cozy kitchen/diner with doors to terrace with lounge and dining set and BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and Quooker. Spacious and cozy living room with large comfortable corner sofa and chsie longue and flat screen TV with cable and Netflix.

1st floor three spacious bright bedrooms and bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.
Three bedrooms with large windows and lots of light. Two spacious bedrooms with double beds of 140x200 and a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200. Including use of kitchen textiles, towels, food processors and possibly bicycles.

During the holidays we rent our house to families because we enjoy contact with people and showing people what you can do in Lelystad and the surrounding area.
There are five of us living here; my husband, my three sons, our dog Tommy and me.
Our house is suitable for families with children from about 5 years old. Our own children are between 9 and 14, so we have everything for those ages, such as PS5, Nintendo Switch, all kinds of board games and a trampoline in the garden.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Use of all items in the rented rooms is included, such as the trampoline in the garden and the bicycles. Normal use is fine, but if damage occurs, we will recover it from the tenants.
Deposit is for €800.
