The house is not rented to groups of young people.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, drug use, etc. is prohibited in this house. No music (carriers) allowed outside.
One should not cause a nuisance to neighbors and other residents.
Rest in the park between 10 pm and 8 am
Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund.
