The attractive house is very suitable for families and ideal for several generations. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor.
Upon entering a hall and toilet room. In addition to the cozy sitting area with television, the living room has a spacious 12-person sofa. dining table so that "dining" together becomes a celebration every time.
There are some books and (board) games available.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combination oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, a Lòr espresso machine for coffee capsules and kettle.
The utility room has a washing machine and dryer.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal for a pleasant grilling day/evening in the garden or on the spacious terrace. (The BBQ must be cleaned by you after use!) The total plot size is 900m2.
The garden borders the water, but is completely shielded by a fence and green vegetation, so that small children can play very safely in the garden
There is parking space for 3-4 cars at the house. Additional cars must be parked at reception.
There is a private electric charging station in the driveway of the house. To be used by you as a guest in consultation.
Free facilities for guests: The park has 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court. In the summer months there is an outdoor swimming pool!
From the park you can walk straight into the forest.
A nice discount is automatically provided for a stay of at least 1 week.
The location is very centrally located in the Netherlands. Amsterdam is 45 minutes by car, Utrecht 30 minutes and Harderwijk 10 minutes. Shops and center Zeewolde 5 km. All in all a great base for very diverse excursions, such as

- Bataviawerf / the VOC ship 'Batavia';
- the aviation theme park Aviodrome in Lelystad;
- Walibi amusement park with the largest roller coasters;

The house is not rented to groups of young people.
No music (carriers) allowed outside.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, drug use, etc. is prohibited in this house. Total rest between 10-8 pm. If this is not complied with, immediate expulsion without refund will follow!
