This fantastic detached holiday home is a gem in the park!
As soon as you enter it you will see that it has recently been redecorated and that the kitchen is brand new!
From the living room you look directly over the gigantic lake and you step directly from the living room onto the jetty where you can immediately start fishing or relax in the sun.

After you have unpacked the welcome package, you can enjoy all the beauty that the area has to offer. Get on your bike or cast your fishing rod !

The holiday home is located on a small-scale and quiet holiday park in Drenthe, the house is located on the water and has its own jetty that also serves as a terrace. It is a great opportunity for anglers, carp anglers can indulge themselves here and you can fish from the private jetty.
The area is wooded and you can take beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity.
In Drenthe there are many freely constructed cycle paths available, so you can make beautiful bike rides through forests and heaths.
In addition, you will find various amusement parks, cultural-historical facilities and beautiful nature in Drenthe.
From the holiday home you have an unobstructed view over the Westerborkerstroom nature reserve. You can take a walk through this nature reserve from the holiday home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
