Strandhuis Nijstad is a luxurious 6-person holiday home with a spacious garden, terrace and deck directly on the water. Unique is the unobstructed view. The boat including electric motor is included.
From the living room with large dining table overlooks the recreational lake. The luxury kitchen is equipped with induction, large refrigerator, freezer drawers and dishwasher. On the lovely sofa and chairs you can read or watch TV/stream. Crafting at the dining table or playing a board game.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two with luxury 2-person box spring and 1 with bunk bed. In the hall is a separate toilet with luxury sink. In the bathroom a spacious rain shower, double sink and 2nd toilet. A hair dryer is also available.
Outside there is a shed that you can close off. Washing machine available for a fee. In the garden you will find a spacious garden table with garden bench and chairs, two sun loungers and 4 lounge chairs on the deck. There is also a parasol and a BBQ.
Beach Nijstad & Paviljoen Nijstad are within walking distance for delicious food and drinks and all kinds of activities such as renting sups, e-choppers, canoes, pedal boats.
Crazy about fishing? From the platform you can put your rod in the water or behind our house in the Hoogeveense Vaart (with your own fishing pass).
The range of cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity is enormous. There is also a free play forest 't Roekpad 1.5 km away. Southwest Drenthe has a lot to offer. The house is located between 3 National Parks (Dwingelderveld, Weerribben-Wieden and Drents Friese would) and the cities of Hoogeveen and Meppel. We are happy to provide you with tips.
