The Coach House of Villadelfia

The Koetshuys, with an area of 60 m2, has a living room with a sleeping area of 35 m2, with a shower, a spacious toilet and a pantry.
The rental period is in principle from Monday morning 10:00 am to Friday afternoon 3:00 pm. Other days are of course possible in consultation.

The Koetshuys is part of the former Philadelphia colony. It is located in the quiet and beautiful area De Hondrug, centrally between Groningen and Assen. Plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling and visiting surrounding villages. The Paterswolde and the Zuidlaardermeer are within cycling distance.

We, Tina and Ger, moved to the main house of the former colony of Filadelfia in 2020. The guest house is situated in the nearby coach house. This is how the name Koetshuys van Villadelfia came into being. With great enthusiasm and attention we have converted the coach house into an attractive guest house. On the spacious grounds you will meet our two chickens, who provide a farm-fresh egg every day. Of course our labrador Lennon is also present. Be welcome! Tina and Ger

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mentioned prices are for the stay (accommodation) and excluding breakfast, tourist tax and final cleaning. Extensive breakfast can be booked. More extensive options can be booked in consultation. Send an email or call Ger. In exceptional situations we rent out for one night. In that case, a surcharge of €30 applies.
