On their spacious yard, Ger and Tina have realized a beautiful guest house. All practical matters have been thought of and the whole is also very tastefully decorated. The owners are helpful and attentive, and make sure that you as a guest immediately feel at home in this beautiful area. Because that's definitely the head of Drenthe: the river valley landscape of the Drentse Aa and the Hondsrug invite you to make many walking and cycling trips. But the cities of Groningen and Assen are also easy to reach. We would love to come back here!

A wonderful place to stay and spend the night. Breakfast was really great! Definitely recommended if you want to get away for a few days to cycle or just relax!

In theatres you can take a seat, balcony, 1st rank, boxes. Golden chairs with the best view. The best sound.

A warm welcome by Ger and Tina.
Everything has been taken care of with mindfulness and love. Ger's breakfast was in one word amazing.
After a walk to the girl from Yde or a bike ride in the beautiful surroundings, we came back to a wonderfully stylish furnished 'room'. Actually, more than a room. A former coach house.
It was special for us in every way.

The house is decorated with love and taste. The combi oven and the electric burner mean that you can also prepare your own meal here.

The sauna at 200 meters is recommended, fifteen minutes by bike and you are in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve of the Drentsche Aa, Assen and Groningen with their museums are fifteen minutes away by car and with 5 minutes you are at the supermarket in Vries.

And the kindness, attention and compassion that Tina and Ger give feels like a warm blanket. Despite all the sadness, the occasional smile on your lips with a small gift or a hand on your shoulder.
