This lounge set is located on the sunny side of the house. There are still 2 x 3 person benches to add to give everyone a spot. The sun is on the terrace around 11 a.m. until about 3 p.m. All kinds of things can be stored on the chest table to have close at hand.
Next to the playhouse with climbing equipment is a climbing mountain, climbing tires, a hut and a climbing tree to give the children some outdoor fun.
In the pond in front of the house many birds come to bathe or drink water. The grass snake (small and harmless) regularly comes to eat a frog and then to take a break in the sun on the rocks.
This seating area has 10 patio chairs. There are 2 canopies above that can serve as sun protection, but can also serve as a wind screen. Just how the weather is that day. This way you don't have to break up immediately with a little rain. The morning sun is here early, a wonderful breakfast spot!
On this bench you can largely overlook the garden from the shade.
The lounge sofa has movable neckrests and part of it has a folding backrest. This allows more sessions to be created.
The living room has a dining area with 8 chairs, but with stools and folding chair, 10 can sit around the table. The seating area has 2 armrests that can be folded down. In this way, more seating areas can be created. There are also 2 cubes as seating areas and an ottoman.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave. In the nearby storage room is a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery, etc. There is also a contact grill and a mixer, etc
This is the bathroom on the first floor.
This is the bedroom on the ground floor 1.40 m wide. Because there is also a bathroom on the first floor, the house lends itself well to the elderly who are less able to go up and down the stairs.

The double bed is 1.60 m. The sofa bed next to it can be used as a single bed, but can also be folded and serve as a sitting area.

This tree bench offers 6 adult seats. But some grandchildren can and still easily.
Due to the long driveway you sit on the terrace wonderfully private. You don't get much attention from the fence because there is a large tree in front of it. The property is completely fenced, so children and pets can easily stay in the garden.

This tree bench is located on the kitchen side, the shade side. By 3 p.m. you can expect a mild sun.
Next to this piece of forest is the playhouse. Here the children can climb and run over the mountain. Also throwing the ball without immediately knocking over the glasses on the table.
Even in winter, the garden is still largely green.
This energy label is from 2018, wall and floor insulation was added in 2023. This keeps the heat in the house longer in the winter.

A good quality and large BBQ with a temperature gauge, so that you can maintain the desired temperature.
In the garden there are about 50 Larch trees that drop their needles in the fall. It's a pretty sight, and it gives a lot of light in the winter. There are also some large Douglas trees.
The reception is about 140 meters away. Children can easily go to the playground or the swimming pool themselves, possibly with the walkie-talkies.

The swimming pool with child-safe access gates, with 3 different pools for the little ones, the little ones and a pool of 1.40m. The main bath is 20m x 12m.
