Hut on the meadow

Located on a farmland, hidden under a few old oak trees, amidst the meadows, stands this beautiful nature house. Away from all the hustle and bustle enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Here you mainly hear the sounds of birds, sometimes at night the cry of an owl. You look around on the tree-lined meadows where cows or sheep graze. When the farmer has just mowed the grass, the storks land right next to you, looking for a nice meal. The cottage offers sleeping accommodation for two people. In the octagonal room you will find a spacious double bed and a simple kitchenette, with an oven and an electric stove (one burner) and you have a beautiful view over the meadows. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the covered terrace it is wonderful to stay. Also in the garden with fruit trees you have all the privacy and you can enjoy the beautiful view. Ideal for a weekend or a short break!

The Reestdal lies on the border between Overijssel and Drenthe. The river meanders almost unholy through the varied landscape in which flowery meadows, old wooded banks, heathland and forest alternate. An eldorado for hikers and cyclists; there is a lot to discover and experience here. Restaurants and shops can be found in the nearby villages of Balkbrug, Zuidwolde or De Wijk. And for some city entertainment you can go to the cozy Meppel or Zwolle.
