The 'Koolmees' is a clean and complete holiday bungalow on the green and quiet Landgoed Hunzebergen.
Ideal to relax and explore the area.

The bungalow has two spacious bedrooms and is ideal for two to four people.

The cottage is characterized by its cozy appearance and complete furnishings. The living room, enlarged in the past and equipped with a sliding door, is cosily furnished and equipped with a wood stove in addition to the central heating.
The two double bedrooms (formerly three), also extended in the past, are spacious and equipped with a sink and a spacious wardrobe.

'Landgoed Hunzebergen' is located on the Drentse Hondsrug, in the middle of forest and heathland. Hidden between large lawns and bushes lies the bungalow, where it is wonderful to relax.

In the hotel you can use the restaurant and there is also a wellness center including a sauna.
Next to the hotel there is a miniature golf course and a tennis court. Open 1.5 km away is an open-air swimming pool on the edge of the 'Molenveld' heathland.

The beautiful surroundings are ideal for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the atmospheric landscape with historic farm villages with many attractions.
Mountain bikers can indulge themselves in the adjacent forest and heathland and golf and horse enthusiasts can practice their sport within a radius of 1-2 km. practice.

Since the end of 2016, we have been the owners of the 'De Koolmees' holiday bungalow on the Hunzebergen estate, situated between the villages of Exloo and Valthe. An ideal place for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers with its many options for lazing, walking or cycling in the immediate vicinity. When booking from a week your bed is made upon arrival and your holiday can start immediately. You will be personally welcomed on arrival at our clean and well-equipped holiday bungalow.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include energy costs and Wi-Fi.

The changeover day is on Friday.

On the day of arrival you are welcome from 14:30 and on the day of departure you have until 10:00 to pack your belongings again. In some cases a later departure time is also possible. This in consultation.

When booking, you pay a deposit of about 25% of the total amount. You transfer the remaining amount two weeks in advance.
