Lovely chalet with spacious room and kitchen, equipped with every luxury. It also has a bathroom with toilet and doche and a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed. There is air conditioning in the living area and there is a washing machine and dryer.

If you like peace and quiet, walking and cycling, this is the perfect place for your holiday. It is also an ideal base for walking the Pietenpad.

The chalet is located in a small-scale quiet park and has its own parking space. Our chalet is located on the edge of the park with an unobstructed garden and unique unobstructed views. There is a very spacious terrace with a table and 4 chairs with parasol. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view.

We are Edwin and Rieke and bought this nice chalet in the autumn of 2023. We are very enthusiastic about the chalet, the surroundings but especially the special unobstructed view. There are small nice towns in the Papenvoort area such as Borger and Grollo, but it is also close to larger towns such as Assen and Emmen. It is located near the beautiful recreational lake 't Nije Hemlriek and in the middle of the woods.
In short, a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement, 20% up to 4 weeks and 30% from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
