How nice that you are interested in our nice holiday home!
We are happy to let you experience how much fun it can be in Drenthe, especially if you have a comfortable holiday home at your disposal. Curious? Read on quickly.

In the beautiful Exloo (Drenthe) is our detached holiday home for rent. Our cottage is located in a wooded area from where you can go into nature in all kinds of ways. By bike, on foot, on horseback...

There is room for a maximum of 6 people. We have two spacious bedrooms with 4 sleeping places. In addition, there is a 'real' bedstead in the living room. It contains a comfortable bed of 1.40 m by 2.00 m. Well ventilated, enough space for two adults and with doors for privacy. Children or adults who have difficulty climbing stairs usually sleep in this. Of course you can also just sleep cozy here!  You can also relax and chill in the house. Of course with WIFI.

Pets are welcome. Please consult and max. 2 pets. Because we love a clean and fresh house, but also animals, this does include a mandatory final cleaning. In the house there is tarpaulin everywhere that is easy to keep clean.

Easy to reach from the N34. Centrally located
compared to Groningen, Assen, Emmen, Hoogeveen and Zwolle. Only half an hour from the German border.

The cottage is located on the holiday park 'De Hunzebergen'. The park itself also has a 'Puur Exloo' department and has been taken over by Landal. There is a swimming pool in the park (for a fee). 
On the site is a beautiful skate park / cross track, playgrounds and a beautifully landscaped pond where you can walk around or sail on a raft. Snack bar and bicycle rental also available.

Everything is there in the cottage. From lounge set to washing machine. An extensive kitchen, comfortable beds and a large terrace outside. Shops at max. 10 min.

Cottage 334
The cottage itself is a friendly and cosy looking cottage with private parking. You can also use the park's large parking lot for free if you come with several cars.  

Entrance: coat rack, separate toilet and luxurious bathroom with shower.

Living room: two comfortable sofas, table, television, relaxing armchair. A large table with 6 chairs. WIFI available. In the living room there is also a bedstead with a new mattress of 1.40 by 2.00 m. Both children and adults can sleep here. The living room has a large sliding door that opens directly onto the terrace in the garden. 

Kitchen : a spacious kitchen with an induction hob, microwave and oven. Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo and a 'normal' coffee maker. There are plenty of pots and pans and crockery available, as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. 

Garden: around the cottage is a garden that also gives some privacy. There is a garden set available. Pillows can be found in the storage room. From the cottage it is a 200 meter walk to the exit of the forest. You then walk or cycle directly into nature and are already on the Hondsrug. 
BBQ available and can be used. In case of severe drought, there is a ban on barbecuing in Drenthe.

Storage: In the storage room you will find a washing machine and dryer, iron, fan and the cushions for the garden furniture. 

Upper floor
Two bedrooms: The bedroom on the left has a double bed and the bedroom on the right has two single beds. In both rooms you will find cupboards for your belongings. 
Upstairs bedroom : 2 single duvets (standard size)
Bedroom upstairs: double bed mattress size 1.80 by 2.00. There are also two single duvets on it.

Toilet: There is also a toilet on the upper floor.

Environment
It is a beautiful area for walking and cycling. For example, the new saber-toothed tiger track starts near the park. Very fun to do with and without children. Bicycles can also be rented at the park.

You are also in the right place for a bit of culture: think of the Veenpark, the Dolmens, Groninger museum, Drents Archief/museum, escape room Emmen, camp Westerbork, prison museum Veenhuizen ... And I could go on and on! Good food or eating out (from sushi to Irish and everything in between) is also fine in the area. 

Children with you or actively (excitement and sensation) ? Just think of Wildlands, sheep herd Exloo, Kabouterland, Ballorig, Zippa Zebra, Ballorig, kart track, Jumpstyle, Drouwenerzand, swimming pools nearby. Large outdoor swimming pool a few kilometers from our backyard (De Leewal).
