Our kitchen has been expanded by placing an extra large but very energy-efficient refrigerator with a spacious freezer. We really like not to be dependent on a mini fridge!
In 2022 our shower was renovated and we made a very spacious walk-in shower and tiled the space with Portuguese tiles for a wonderful holiday feeling
The sitting area in the dining room has a nice sofa and matching chair and a table where you can sit with 6 people
A recently purchased quality sofa opposite the wood stove makes the upstairs room a wonderful place to unwind
In addition to plenty of seating, our living room also has a nice children's corner with toy boxes for the smallest guests
There is also a cozy corner and well-stocked toy boxes for the (small) children
The box bed got a new mattress and a new skylight in 2023 and is a super nice place to sleep for children!
The dormer window makes the master bedroom extra spacious and is a unique feature of our cottage
The entire upper floor has been attractively repainted

Our cottage is in the middle of the park, but opposite the entrance to the Drents Friese would and surrounded by a forest garden that provides a lot of privacy, squirrels and birds

At the beginning of February 3 deer were in the garden, first they were eating in the garden then they lay in the sun under the tree until 12 o'clock when they got up
