Spacious living room with sitting and dining area and an upstairs room with wood stove.

Bathroom (on the ground floor) with sink, bath, shower and toilet.

It is not allowed to charge your electric car using the electricity of the house. Only at the designated charging stations at the beginning of the park!

Outside into the forest or onto the heath. Or nice in front of the fire with a good book.
Ideal for families with young children.

Free use of the swimming pool at the park.  Get a swimming pass at the reception.
Bicycles, scooters (electric) and go-karts can be rented.

Hello I'm Ida, we have been coming to our House in Diever for years, to relax and enjoy the peace and nature. We come from Oudorp near Alkmaar and when you come here you can completely relax, nature is so beautiful and the deer just come into your garden, beautiful
You won't regret it because it's so beautiful.
If you want to use the swimming pool, you must get a pass at the reception.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
