This new cozy holiday home is located on the beautiful Landgoed Het Wildryck on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. The pleasant single-storey holiday home is new (built in 2023) and has two bedrooms. Equipped with a modern kitchen with a combination microwave, gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment. Located on a spacious (private) plot with 2 private parking spaces and lots of privacy. Outside you can enjoy the open terrace with garden furniture. The holiday home is well insulated and equipped with central heating, so it is also a great place to stay in the winter months.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
