Casa di Legno

Casa di Legno is located on the outskirts of Tuoro sul Trasimeno. It is wonderfully quiet with a magnificent view over Lago di Trasimeno.

The villa is located on a hill and therefore you reach the entrance with a wide staircase.

The villa is fully equipped with lots of living space, both inside and outside. There is a swimming pool to cool off on the warm days, with a nice terrace where you can enjoy the sun or sit in the shade.

Inside, the ground floor is divided into 3 parts that are open to each other. The sitting room with 2 sofas and an armchair, television and fireplace. The dining room with a large dining table where you can sit with 8 people. There is an extensive kitchen that is fully equipped for self (Italian) cooking. It is spacious and because of the high ceilings and open structure of the house it feels open.

On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet. 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a fixed double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a fold-out bed available. There are shutters for all windows and patio doors that you can use to keep the heat and light out.

In the basement there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. You can use the garage to park the car.
