The swimming pool is located on the north-eastern side of the house, from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside and Todi. The pool is 12x6 meters with roman steps, the depth is 1.35 meters everywhere. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs and parasols. There are also tables and chairs on this side of the building for outdoor dining. The house is suitable for 11 people. A baby cot is also available. The house is divided into 3 apartments. Each apartment has a living/dining room with kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom (all with shower and toilet). The smallest house is suitable for 2 persons. The second has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The largest has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (it is possible to place an extra bed in one of the bedrooms). The 3 apartments all have: refrigerator, kitchenette, oven, TV, toaster, American coffee maker and Wi-fi internet connection. There is a washing machine in one apartment. Shops and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Todi. The nearest restaurant is 1.3 km from the house (Trattoria Cibocchi), many others available in Todi and around the town.
