Villa

Surrounded by greenery with a large park, Villa Linda is an exclusive country house, beautifully decorated in the typical Umbrian style. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor we have 3 double bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower or bath.
In the park there is an impressive swimming pool with jacuzzi, garden chairs and tables and a BBQ under a patio for grilling.
Under the loggias with tables and chairs, you can comfortably eat outside while enjoying the landscape and the beautiful swimming pool.

The country house, surrounded by greenery with tall trees is for the exclusive use of guests and is ideal for a relaxing and cheerful holiday, enjoying the sun and endless baths in the exclusive swimming pool available only to guests.
We recommend a visit to the quaint village of Calvi and an excursion to nearby Orvieto and Narni.
The location is also an excellent starting point to reach beautiful places both in Lazio: Rieti (43 km), Viterbo (60 km) and Rome (73 km), and in Umbria:. Spoleto (70 km), Todi (71 km).
There is ample parking in the Villa's park

For years I have lived between Rome and the Sabina and Umbria region, and love to help my guests find the perfect place to stay during their holiday in Italy. I rent apartments in Rome and villas in the Sabina Region, in Umbria and the Gargano in Puglia.

Additional information

he undulating landscape of Umbria is dotted with higgledy-piggledy towns, hidden villages and sprawling vineyards, and by far the best way to get around is by car. While there is a fairly extensive public transport network, it tends to focus on the bigger cities, and getting to the more off the beaten track areas can be a bit time consuming, not to mention logistically tricky. Driving around the countryside is also one of the greatest joys of a visit, and hiring a car gives you the flexibility to really get out and about and explore. Often referred to as the green heart of Italy, Umbria is a treasure trove of discoveries. It is impossible to miss the fertile landscape of Umbria, the olive groves or the seductive vineyards.
Slightly remote from much of Umbria, Orvieto claims the prize for its prime location. On the main rail line between Rome and Florence there really is no excuse not to visit. The town is immaculate, and no matter how you get here, the volcanic views are sure to make you stop. One of the main draws is the 14th-century Roman Catholic cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary. No matter how you feel about religion, its incredible facade has to be seen. It took over 300 years to make, both the interior and exterior are a sight to behold
Rome is the largest and perhaps the most fascinating city in Italy. You could spend a month here and still only scratch the surface. It is an ancient place full of remains of more than two thousand years of habitation, but it is so much more than an open-air museum. The culture, food and people of Rome make a modern, vibrant city that deserves all the visitors who travel there every year. As a historic center it is already special enough; as a contemporary European capital, it is completely unique. The Italian capital is a city all year round. There is no best time to visit Rome, and you really can plan a trip at any time of the year. That said, you could have very different experiences traveling to Rome in the heat of summer than in the cooler, quieter mid-seasons.
