Beautifully restored country house, part of an old estate, about 20 km south of the beautiful Umbrian town of Todi. The E45 Terni-Perugia speedway is 12 km away. The property is ideal for families with young children, it has a completely enclosed garden (for the private use of the tenant) and it is possible to close the access to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is located between the garden of the villa you are renting and the owner's house. The owner does not use the swimming pool when the holiday villa is rented for your privacy (ie the tenant has a swimming pool available for their own use / exclusive use). From the pool you have a panoramic view of the countryside and the hills, the pool is equipped with beach chairs / umbrellas and there is also a gazebo with chairs and a table. The pool is 14x6 meters with a depth of 1.2 to 2 meters. It is equipped with a night cover, useful to have a warmer pool in May-June-September. The holiday villa is 30 meters from the swimming pool. The holiday villa has a private garden of approximately 2000m2. In the garden there are swings and slides, an outbuilding with table tennis and table football. Next to the villa there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and an outbuilding with barbecue and pizza oven. The villa has a large kitchen / dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen was renovated in 2018. There is also a fireplace for cooking. The extendable table is suitable for 10 people. The living room is equipped with 3 sofas (for a total of 8-9 seats + chairs), flat screen TV, fireplace. There is a toilet between the living and dining rooms. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, it has direct access to the garden, a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed + extra bed, 1 with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each). The bedrooms with a double bed + extra bed have a private bathroom with shower. 2 baby beds can be provided on request. There are 2 other bathrooms on the first floor (one with shower, one with bathtub), which are shared by the other 3 bedrooms. The property is within walking distance (400 meters) of bar/pizzeria and small supermarket.

It is possible to buy olive oil and wine directly from the owner.
